Registration Information

General Information
- All courses are scheduled to meet from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- Registrations are accepted on a space available
basis. Courses fill quickly. Register early!
- All participants will have their own
workstation.
- Software used in these courses will be compatible
with Macintosh and/or Windows computers.
- Each course earns three Graduate credits from
Salem State College
through affiliation with the
Division of Graduate and Continuing Education and the Northeast
Consortium for Staff Development.
- At the end of each summer term, an official grade
report will be issued by
Salem State College.
- Teachers seeking PDP's or CEU's only may take any
of our courses. At the completion of the course, a
"Certificate of Workshop Completion" will be awarded
for 37.5 contact hours.
- PLEASE NOTE: TI:ME national certification is
optional.

Tuition ( no increase since 2006 )
- Tuition is $500 per course for PDP / CEU /
in-service credit.
- Three graduate credits are available from Salem State College
for an additional $200 per course.
- Our low tuition covers the cost of special equipment, workbooks,
supplies, and materials.
- PLEASE NOTE: Required text for the Notation
Applications for Music Educators course are
the responsiblitity of the participant. A list with the ISBN and
available online suppliers
will be sent upon receipt of registration.

Payment
- Full payment or a $200 deposit is required
for registration. Balance of tution is due in full by June 1st.
- Full payment included with your registration
guarantees your placement in the course, if space is
available. Registration will be confirmed by email
/telephone.
- Forms of payment include personal checks, school
purchase orders or money orders.
- Make checks payable to: Schoolhouse Music
Services.
PLEASE NOTE: Registrations for any course will be accepted until
that course is full. A waiting list will be compiled and should an
opening
occur you will be notified in order of registration receipt. Full
course payment is due when registering.
- If you are requesting a course less than 14 days in
advance, please call to confirm that space is
available.
- Information regarding specific course information
and directions to the course site will be made available
once registration is completed.

Cancellations / Refunds
- If you cannot attend after you have registered, a
withdrawal / refund request must be sent in writing to
Schoolhouse Music Services before the scheduled date of
the course. A full refund of all monies paid will be
sent within 5 business days.
- Non-attendance or failure to notify us of your
cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all
payments.
- Schoolhouse Music Services reserves the right to
cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, in
which case you will be notified two weeks in
advance.
- You are guaranteed a full refund if the course is
cancelled for any reason.
